Do you have a referral program?

Yes, nice customers bring nice customers so we definitely emphasize word of mouth. The referral program works if one of our existing customers refers to someone.
Does it cost more to work with a sustainable construction company?

NO. We actually save our clients money. We salvage deconstruction material and donate it, so you save on expensive dump fees. We also build to last, meaning your investment will last long.
Do I need a designer/drafter?

A designer/drafter will help you decide on the best material and options for your budget. They will also provide plans for permits, trades and making sure we build what you really want. Having a designer is a big saving down the line. We work with different designers and we will tailor the one that will fit your scope. If your project is small, you won’t need one, and we will let you know ;-)
Do I have to reuse material from the deconstruction in my new project.

No, we don't have to, we can just donate it.
